1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the dkvip platform ("Platform") and all its services. By visiting the dkvip.cam website or registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the dkvip platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Only those aged 21 or above are permitted to create an account and play games on this platform. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or for members of the same household is prohibited. If dkvip detects multiple accounts belonging to a user, it reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit any funds held in them.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing incorrect or false information may result in account closure and cancellation of all pending winnings and bonuses.

2.4 Identity Verification

dkvip may request additional documentation to verify your identity at any time. Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. This is a necessary step to ensure the safety of all members.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at dkvip is ৳200. bKash, Nagad and Rocket payment methods are currently supported for deposits. Deposits are generally processed instantly. When making a deposit, confirm the transaction by matching your account and payment number.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. To request a withdrawal:

• Account identity verification must be completed
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met
• There must be no suspicion of fraud on the account

3.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). dkvip does not charge any additional fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider's own fees may apply.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus. This means you must wager 15 times the total amount of (deposit + bonus) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on games approved on the dkvip platform.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus validity must be met within a specified period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• dkvip reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or deliberate manipulation is found, the account will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

The dkvip VIP Program has four tiers. Members advance to higher tiers based on their activity and loyalty:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%, plus special privileges.

5 Permitted and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Permitted Activities

Users may participate in games on the dkvip platform for personal entertainment purposes. Fair participation in all games and respectful behaviour toward other users is expected.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and any violation will result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any other technical manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing other users or attempting to breach the platform's security.
• Copying, distributing or modifying the platform's software or content without permission.

6 Account Suspension and Closure

dkvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Incorrect or false registration information.
• Breach of the age requirement.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Users may also request to close their own account. In that case, submit a request via live chat or email. Any eligible balance remaining will be returned subject to withdrawal conditions being met.
